Our labrador retriever puppies are guaranteed to be healthy upon delivery in person to you or upon arrival to you if shipped. Each puppy will have been dewormed at 2, 4 and 6 weeks with Nemex-2, and given their first set of puppy shots, which include Fort Dodge Duramune Max5-CvK vaccine for the following: Canine Distemper, Adenovirus Type 2, Coronavirus, Parainfluenza, Parvovirus.
You are to have your puppy examined by your veterinarian within 72 hours of receipt of the puppy for a check up and evaluation. If within 72 hours your veterinarian finds the puppy to have a life-threatening defect, you may return the puppy to us and receive a different puppy from the same or future litter, or you may have a full refund of your purchase price, minus shipping.
Each labrador retriever puppy is also guaranteed to be free from any hereditary hip dysplasia, hereditary heart defect or hereditary eye disease for two years to the original purchaser. If your puppy is diagnosed with hereditary hip dysplasia, hereditary heart defect or hereditary eye disease within the first two years of life, you would need to send a copy of all medical records showing that you have kept all shots and medical treatment current, there will need to be a statement from a veterinarian stating the health problem (we reserve the right to obtain a second opinion), the AKC registration papers would need to be released to us along with the puppy, and then Bullis Lake Labradors will replace the puppy free of charge, less the shipping. Bullis Lake Labradors will not pay any medical bills.
If in the future your life situation changes and you can no longer keep the labrador puppy you purchased from us, we ask that you contact us so we can either assist you in trying to find a suitable new home for your labrador retriever, or your dog is welcome back here with us.
Except as specifically set forth herein, there are no express or implied warranties with respect to said animal; the puppy is sold "as is;" there are no other warranties with respect to any patent or latent conditions of the animal (whether health, temperament or otherwise); and Seller is not liable for actual, consequential or other damages of any type or nature. The limited warranties provided herein are personal to Buyer, and non-transferable. By purchasing a puppy from us, you are agreeing with the terms of this Agreement.
